Tiger Woods was driving crazy before hitting the fire hydrant.
A diagram in the official police report shows Tiger was driving so erratically, he drove over bushes and into some hedges before hitting the hydrant and ultimately the tree.
According to the police report, it'll cost $3,000 to repair the hydrant and $200 for the tree and sod.
The report also states that it took 30 minutes for officers to arrive to the scene from the time of the crash.
The report shows that Tiger caused $8,000 worth of damage to his Cadillac Escalade -- check out the photos taken by the cops.

Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren placed an angry call to Jaimee Grubbs, Tiger's alleged mistress, confronting her about the alleged affair with her husband.
As we first reported, Grubbs bragged to co-workers at the Stone Rose Lounge in West Hollywood, claiming she was having an affair with Tiger and even playing them the voicemail Tiger left for Jaimee on November 24 -- when he asked her to remove her name from the outgoing message on her voicemail because Elin was becoming suspicious.
Co-workers tell TMZ on Friday -- the day of Tiger's crash -- Jaimee went to work, played the voicemail to co-workers and then later in the evening said she had received a call from a blocked number. Jaimee says she answered and asked who was on the line. Jaimee says the caller -- a woman -- did not identify herself but said, "You know who this is because you're f**king my husband."
This brings us......to ask that million dollar question......Why, Tiger....why?
Are all men dogs?........have we no shame? Do we always have to have.....something different?
Yes........No........and......maybe.
I am divorced (once)........6eVoice (twice).....but not for infidelity .....
I feel for Tiger........I feel for his wife.......I feel for their children. What Tiger failed to realize....is that Elam (his wife)........went through nine months of pregnancy.......twice ....for her hubby.....to bear his children.
And .......her thanks? A cheatin' husband.
Tiger.........this is one ........you won't win. Not even from us.
