When....just when...are my peeps....gonna learn.
Nothing......absolutely nothing good happens after 1am.......when you're out in the streets.
In this small southern college town......let's see....There's the Athens-Clarke County police...there's the Clarke County Sheriffs..... Then there's the UGA Police.....and....there is the Georgia State Patrol.
Clarke county.......the smallest square footage county in the state......has ...by far......the most police agencies patrolling its streets.
This is a city and town.....where you do not ....repeat.....you do not....want to drink and drive.
